Men's Ministry
After the New Life Ministries International was founded by the Founding General Overseer, one of the departments that was established was the Men’s Ministry. The Men’s Ministry became an homogeneous auxiliary of the Church along with other departments. Since its establishment, it has immensely contributed to and impacted the lives of countless number of men who have passed through its doors.With the initial leadership provided by our General Overseer, Bishop J Archibald Cole, he designed the Men’s Ministry fulfil the following purposes:
1. To raise godly men who will provide leadership in the home, the church and the society.
2. To ensure that men understand the mystery of God’s will for their lives and destinies.
3. To raise men who will be godly examples of Kingdom representatives on earth.
4. To prepare men to take their prophetic place in the church and the nation.
5. To help men to become ministers and mentors to younger men.
6. To help all men discover their God given capacities and maximize their potentialities.
7. To rare a mature and godly leadership of men that will help to inspire the younger generation of men.
Several programmes and activities have been designed and executed in order to ensure that these goals and objectives are fulfilled. One such programme is the Men’s Exclusive January Annual Retreat held with our spiritual Father, the Bishop. This program will normally set the tone for a successful and victorious year. Another such program is our August Esther Fasting and prayers. Men are built-up in their prayer lives and also cultivate a disciplined and devoted life and walk with God. Other programs include Workshops, Seminars, Prayer Meetings, House to House Fellowship and and Evangelistic Outreaches.
Their has been multiplied testestimonies from numerous men whose lives have been miraculously changed in the department. God has lifted and promoted several men who have been faithful and loyal to the vision and teachings of the Men’s Ministry of the New Life Ministries International to the Glory of God. The Good Lord has raised many men who joined as ordinary members in the society to men of great prominence in the country. The group can now boast of having a member in almost every major profession in the nation of Sierra Leone.
We encourage all men in the church to be a part of this department. This will enable you to comprehend the purpose for which God created the male man and walk in the light of that understanding.
Women's Ministry
The National Women’s Department is led by the International Women’s Supervisor, Rev. Mrs. Irene Cole. It is made up of the Women in the Women’s Department of the Headquarter Church and all the women in the several church branches of New Life Ministries International
The National Women’s Department caters to the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of the women. It organizes and executes programs that are geared towards building the lives of women, dealing with crises, prayer, and intercession, women empowerment, gender issues, advocacy, etc.
The National Women’s Department Hosts an annual National Women’s Conference every year in October. This strategic conference attracts women from all cadres of life, including the following; Politicians; Businesswomen; Academics; Bankers; Female Cabinet Ministers; executives; and entrepreneurs, etc. The major thrust of this conference is to bring women to the realization of their fullest potentialities and make them aware of their Kingdom Purpose for existence.
Testimonies from these conferences range from diverse healings, unusual breakthroughs, promotions, marriages, the fruit of the womb, supernatural interventions, matrimonial bliss, etc. The national Women’s Mini-Convention is held on the first Saturday of December annually.
Youth Ministry
The youth ministry caters for young people to build their spiritual lives, relate with each other modestly, motivate each other positively, sharpening each other’s gifts and talents, and be each other’s keeper. This is to remind them of how important they are in the kingdom of God.
As a church, we believe that young people are the future leaders and the hope of our generation. So this is a medium through which we are raising kingdom-minded, risk-taking, mountain-moving, sound generational transformers that can be a powerful tool in the hands of God, for his will and his good pleasure, for them to affect their generation positively. We know, beyond all reasonable doubt that if they serve the Lord wholeheartedly, and invest their time, energy, talents, skills, resources in the house of the Lord, their future is secured. The Lord is delighted in the strength of our youth.

The music is one of the first things people notice when they attend a church service. The style, the instruments, and the choice of songs exert great influence over the audience. Here at New Life Ministry
- We share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song and praise
- Lead the congregation in worship and praise
- Encourage believers in their walk with Jesus Christ
- Provide an avenue for believers to share their spiritual gifts and be an integral part of the worship experience.

The help’s ministry is doing a great job by making sure that the Miracle Cathedral is properly cleaned and well organized ahead of time so that God’s people will be able to worship Him in spirit and in truth. It is a ministry that exemplifies humility and sacrifice. We do believe that every church needs to be surrounded by faithful, selfless, and dedicated help Ministers.
Medical Team
The medical team is made up of well trained and qualified medical doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, who are working together to see that the health aspect of the church is at its best. They respond to emergencies during church services, conventions, and conferences held by the church for its members, by giving the necessary treatments required at that particular moment. As a church, we believe in the total well-being of the Spirit, Soul, & body of God’s children. So we have what is called, “Project Merciful,” created by the leadership of the church as a way of reaching out to some of the people in the community and attending to their various medical needs. We see this as a great tool in reaching out to the lost for Christ. It has been successful over the years because of certain individuals in the church, who supported the vision by giving their time, energy, and resources for it to be a success. It is of great importance because, when you are healthy then will you be able to serve God wholeheartedly for His glory.
Technical Deparment
This is a department that controls the electronic aspect of the church. They do this by ensuring that the sound system is good, the lights are always on, audios and videos are properly recorded, give stage support, and any other technical help. They coordinate with various departments to see that services and programs are officiated well.
Greeter's Department
This is a department that is always prepared to welcome God’s people into the house of God with their smiles, warm greetings, and pleasant countenances. They play a great role together with the ushers to make sure that first-time visitors feel comfortable in the house of God. They normally give the people encouraging scriptures, Bible quotations, and faith boosters as they enter the sanctuary to worship and praise God. This is vital as it helps the people to have an expectant heart for what God is about to do during the service.
Usher's Department
This is a department that plays a crucial role in the church by performing these various functions:
- Assisting members and visitors to a comfortable seating position.
- Help in collecting offerings and tithes.
- Help in maintaining decorum during the service.
- Help the people to be alert during the service.
- Gives direction on how people should go before the altar of the Lord in reverence of him.
- Attend to the needs of visitors and guests of honor.
- Attend to emergencies.
- As the power of God comes down strong on God’s people, they are alert to assist the man of God during ministration to see that the people are safe.
Evangelism Department
This is a department that answers to call of God and desire to reach out to the lost at all cost. Members of this department are people who are saved, filled with the Holyspirit, and have the passion for souls, as evangelism is “God’s heartbeat.” They reach out to the unsaved in love, telling them the good news of Jesus Christ, leading them into sinner’s prayer and inviting them to our church services to be part of what God is doing in the lives of God’s people. The call to evangelize is a mandate for all believers according to Acts 1:8, it is not only limited to the evangelism team alone.
