His Grace, Bishop (Dr.) J. Archibald and First Lady, Reverend Mrs. Irene Cole are the founding overseers of New Life Ministries International (NLMI). 

As the Presiding Prelate of NLMI, His Grace, Bishop (Dr.) J. Archibald Cole is an Author, International Conference Speaker, Teacher, Religious Statesman, and above all a Servant of the Highest God.

Bishop Cole has ministered in several countries including the USA, UK, India, France, the Netherlands, Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, and many others.

He is the author of the very popular warfare manual in Sierra Leone,  “Devils, Demons, and Deliverance” as well as the national masterpiece entitled “Don’t Let Your Dreams Die” He is also the President of the New Life Bible College.

His apostolic insight and Kingdom excellence have earned him a patriarchal role in the body of Christ in the Nation of Sierra Leone as well as other countries and he serves as the President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Sierra Leone (PFSL). His counsel is sought after and respected by political and religious leaders alike.

The First Lady of NLMI, Reverend Mrs. Irene Cole, is a Registered Nurse, she is also a Co-Pastor with her husband and currently supervises the Women’s Ministry.

She is a fiery preacher of the Gospel who is well-traveled. She has ministered in the USA, the UK, and many African nations. She hosts the only National Women’s Conference in the nation of Sierra Leone in October every year. This conference attracts women from every cadre of society.

This God-fearing couple have been blessed with a precious daughter, Blessing J. Cole
